Role Description

Join WSI Europe as a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets. We deliver specialised welding overlay and maintenance projects for refineries, power plants, and industrial clients across EMEA.

• Develop sales strategy across Europe.
• Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors).
• Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP).
• Lead regional sales managers.
• Support technical proposals with Engineering & Field teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE).
• Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years).
• Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization.
• Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong network in the European industrial sector.
• Ability to understand technical scopes.
• Experience with international projects.
• Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other languages will be of advantage.
• Nice to have: IWE / engineering background.
