[Hiring] Sales Development Representative I @Lumen Technologies

Role Description

The Main Responsibilities include:

• Make 75+ outbound calls per day to marketing-provided leads
• Process inbound calls and customer chats with professional service
• Engage with IT decision makers in medium/large businesses
• Conduct BANT qualification discussions to identify prospect needs
• Develop and deliver tailored value propositions and elevator pitches
• Maintain follow-up touches via email and social media channels
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
• Execute warm hand-offs to sales representatives for seamless transitions
• Track activity metrics to ensure funnel progression and productivity
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed

• $37,296 - $49,728 in states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
• $39,165 - $52,217 in states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
• $41,034 - $54,705 in states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
