Role Description

Are you a native German speaker with a background in B2B sales who’s ready to keep building your career in tech sales? As a German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) at demandDrive, you’ll apply your outbound sales experience to uncover new selling opportunities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) on behalf of a client in the technology industry. You’ll continue sharpening your skills and business acumen while taking on more ownership of your pipeline.

• Generate leads and build a sales pipeline with businesses in the DACH region through strategic account mapping, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers for your assigned client.
• Run thoughtful discovery conversations with prospects and qualify them based on their needs, goals, and business environment.
• Research target accounts and key decision-makers to develop personalized and relevant outreach.
• Coordinate with our client’s management team to improve sales strategies, messaging, and lead qualification.
• Support the client team with market research, contact sourcing, database management, and reporting, depending on their needs.
• Track all activity in our CRM (Salesforce) and deliver a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German, plus strong English skills.
• 1–2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or a similar outbound role, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling and multi-channel outreach (email and LinkedIn).
• Experience qualifying prospects and creating pipeline against targets.
• Residence in the UK or EU, preferably in the UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
• Self-starter who contributes positively to a friendly, start-up environment.

Requirements

• Experience selling to or prospecting in the DACH market.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a sales engagement platform.
• Familiarity with account-based prospecting and account mapping.

• Annual salary of $45,000 to $50,000, plus a monthly lead bonus with an annual bonus opportunity of $15,000 to $20,000—on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000 to $70,000.
