[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @TXOne Networks

Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our European team and drive pipeline growth across the DACH markets. You’ll be our first point of contact with many prospects, building awareness, qualifying leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s driven, resourceful, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. We value curiosity, resilience, and the drive to continuously improve.

What you'll do

• Qualify Leads using the BANT method by conducting calls and meetings with prospects. New logos only.
• Research key industries and accounts to identify the right decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Execs, and the Channel team.
• Maintain detailed records of your activity in the CRM.
• Become an expert in TXOne Networks’ products and the OT Space.

Quarterly Target: 20 Opportunities. Must be vetted by Account Executives.

Minimum daily activity: 30 calls (hard requirement).

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality: you enjoy cold calls and researching (hard requirement).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity space.
• Discipline (time management and organizational responsibilities).
• Native in German; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong (or similar).
• Fast learner, coachable, problem solver.
• Openness to change and improvement.

Requirements

• €50,000–€60,000 OTE, split 70/30.
• Additional 1% bonus from “Closed-Won” influenced deals (20k EUR Cap, gross).

Hiring Process

• Initial meeting with HR: A short conversation to get to know you, share more about TXOne, and assess alignment with our values and culture.
• Interview with the hiring manager: A deep dive into your experience, skills, and how you’d approach this role.
• Home assignment & AE interview: We’ll give you a short take-home assignment. In your final interview, you’ll meet an Account Executive to discuss your ideas and working style.
