[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @SpecialistHQ

Role Description

Specialist.PH is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our client with outbound prospecting, lead research, data management, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable owning the prospecting process from initial research through meeting scheduling.

• Find and research target contacts using LeadIQ and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Verify contact information and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
• Send personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Manage occasional bulk email campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Schedule qualified sponsorship appointments for Alliance Directors.
• Track responses, meetings, bounces, and other outreach results.
• Make pre-event calls to help increase event attendance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development and/or appointment setting.
• Experience using CRM software like LeadIQ, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Sales Navigator (Experience with these tools is preferred, but similar experience is also welcome).
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Include “SDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
• Comfortable speaking on video calls.
• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH because of calling during US business hours).
• Available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
