[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Cambly

Role Description

Cambly is looking for highly motivated, organized, and results-driven SDRs to be a core part of our 2026 success story and beyond in the dynamic Turkish B2B market.

As our SDR, you'll play the crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships within our target customer segments in Turkey. You understand that this is one of the most vital roles in the company, directly impacting the bottom line by creating the initial pipeline. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate closely with the wider sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads by learning about their approach to language education.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Growth: Execute targeted, outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Qualify and Nurture Leads: Engage and develop leads (inbound and outbound) through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up.
• Master the Lead Lifecycle: Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring a seamless, qualified handoff to an Account Executive.
• Diligently Follow Up: Conduct persistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set.
• Contribute to Sales Strategy: Share valuable market insights and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack by learning from our well-seasoned sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
• 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience working directly with B2B clients in the Turkish market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Experience working with HR & Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company.
