Role Description
As a Sales Development Representative, youβll be tasked with taking in new leads and transforming them into successful and long-lasting business relationships. Our ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who has a passion for data-analytics and a desire to grow within the sales field.

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company via proactive sales outreach.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to build relationships with our brand.

Process marketing leads from various sources including events, webinars, paid campaigns, website, and others.

Contact and qualify prospecting customers via creative email and messaging campaigns/sequence.

Set appointments, follow up on leads, and assist Account Executives with preparation for discovery calls.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.

Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.

Stay up-to-date on business competitors, market trends, and industry developments.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the leadership team.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales/business development, ideally as a SDR/BDR.

Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.

A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.

Proven track record in successful lead generation, reaching out to potential clients via phone calls and other methods.

Process-oriented mindset with a good understanding of BDR/SDR processes.

Talent for identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Enthusiasm for sales and outbound activities.

Willingness to travel to our Vienna office (min. 4 times/year for team meetings and occasionally more).
Requirements

A passion for data analytics and online marketing.

Experience with ABM campaign management.

Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company and experience working in a remote-first scale-up environment.

Understanding of web tracking fundamentals.

Proficiency in additional languages to aid in scaling efforts.

Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or communications.

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amplemarket ideal).

The total full-time salary range for this position is EUR 40,000.00-70,000.00 per annum.
