Role Description

Eventbrite is disrupting a huge industry in desperate need of a shakeup. We're looking for a talented, driven and collaborative Business Development Manager to be the first point of contact for our sales efforts, generating demand and building a pipeline for our Account Executives.

• Run the B2B sales function.
• Focus on executing and optimizing our sales processes, managing client relationships, and driving measurable results in enterprise sales.
• Go after high-potential leads.
• Identify and cold-call on-target businesses to build a portfolio of respected, revenue-driving corporate clients.
• Learn the industry inside and out.
• Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers of your industry to build profitable relationships.
• Work closely with the product.
• Speak about it with clarity and confidence. Gather feedback from clients and share input to help shape future development.
• Follow the data.
• Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value opportunities.
• Stand out at every touchpoint.
• Deliver outstanding service that builds trust with every client interaction.

Qualifications
