Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and create new sales opportunities for the team.

• Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
• Make outbound calls and conduct email and other prospecting activities.
• Engage prospects and build rapport through professional communication.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed over.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and target markets.
• Continuously improve outreach and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
• Confident, professional, and personable.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
