Role Description

We are currently looking to add a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our growing team. This is a fully remote position based in Latin America.

  • We’re building a more structured outbound sales function.
  • Looking for someone who is comfortable owning conversations and proactively reaching out to US-based prospects.
  • Helping generate new business opportunities through thoughtful, high-quality outbound efforts.
  • This is not a high-volume “spray and pray” role.
  • We value personalized outreach, strong communication, curiosity, and commercial instincts.
  • You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute ideas to improve messaging and targeting, and play an important role in helping expand Kubikware’s presence in the US market.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales development, or outbound business development roles
  • Experience prospecting for B2B technology services, software development firms, staffing, consulting, or nearshore/offshore companies
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with US-based prospects on a daily basis
  • Experience running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar sales engagement/CRM platforms
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Ability to identify qualified opportunities and conduct first discovery conversations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Requirements

  • Experience selling or prospecting for nearshore/staff augmentation companies
  • Familiarity with outbound infrastructure and automation tools such as n8n or ZeroBounce
  • Experience engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, VP Engineering, or product teams
  • Experience working with US-based clients or companies
