Role Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can build and scale our outbound growth engine. This is a hands-on, communication-heavy role where you will open doors, identify real business pain points, and book qualified meetings for our business analysts and solutions team.

  • Engage decision-makers across sectors such as law, real estate, professional services, private equity, and enterprise operations—especially those facing challenges with fragmented data, manual reporting, and complex Excel workflows.
  • Actively source and engage prospects across outbound channels such as LinkedIn, Apollo, email, Upwork, Fiverr, and similar freelance/service marketplaces.
  • This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, experimenting with messaging, and mastering multi-channel outbound.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to grow within a global, AI-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and interest in analytics, dashboards, and automation.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling + LinkedIn + email) for B2B.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and lead conversations with confidence.
  • Strong persistence and discipline in follow-ups and pipeline maintenance.
  • Attention to detail when managing CRM data.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, or similar (plus).
  • Able to manage outbound KPIs such as reply rates, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience with outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment-setting roles.
  • Experience selling services, software, or technical solutions is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or marketplace-based client acquisition is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Identify and engage ideal customer profiles (ICP) via LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Instantly, email, and outbound calling.
  • Run multi-touch outreach sequences targeting mid-sized and enterprise prospects.
  • Use AI tools strategically to personalize outbound messaging, generate research insights, and improve outreach efficiency.
  • Re-engage dormant leads and maintain a warm pipeline.
  • Start meaningful conversations with prospects and uncover challenges in analytics, reporting, or automation.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for our business analysts.
  • Ensure smooth handoff and clear documentation of prospect needs.
  • Track BI, data warehousing, automation, RPA, and AI-driven workflow trends.
  • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning.
  • Keep CRM data clean, structured, and fully up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate lead status tracking and outreach history.
  • Respond quickly to warm inbound leads—ideally under 10 minutes during peak hours (16:00–00:00 GMT+3).
  • Identify and engage high-potential opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Write high-converting proposals and initiate conversations with inbound and outbound marketplace leads.
  • Monitor relevant job postings and respond strategically to qualified opportunities.
