Role Description

LevelUp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a crucial part-time role focused on fueling our sales pipeline. This position involves working directly with the founder to scale the sales and marketing side of the business. The role demands a proactive, self-starter attitude and a comfort level with testing various outbound outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and WhatsApp messaging.

The SDR will be responsible for:

• Identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients.
• Serving as the initial point of contact to build strong rapport.
• Closing low-ticket deals and smoothly transitioning larger, qualified leads to the founder.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, complete with a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
• Demonstrable experience in high-ticket sales, even if your primary past roles involved low-ticket items.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong resilience and a proven ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to coaching.
• Comfortable with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup.

Requirements

• A proactive and self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously, setting priorities, and testing new outreach strategies in an environment with limited existing SOPs.
