Role Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the sales team to meet our company's sales targets.

Prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, from cold calls to email campaigns and social media.

Making high-volume outbound calls and crafting compelling emails to introduce Go1's solutions.

Identifying key decision-makers within organizations and building connections.

Conducting thorough needs analysis to determine how Go1 can meet customer requirements.

Working closely with Account Executives to develop strategies that turn leads into sales opportunities.

Updating our CRM system to ensure accurate insights on lead interactions and activities.

Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Contributing ideas and insights in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales processes.
Qualifications

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to make an impact.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in making outbound calls.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with SaaS tech-stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot.

Requirements

Base pay of $60-70K on a 70/30 uncapped commission plan.
