Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. (Experience in Healthcare is a plus).

1+ years of experience with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.

Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and your emails are compelling.

Highly resourceful and tenacious. You don't give up easily and are skilled at finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.

Benefits

Compensation for this role is up to $23.00-$24.50 an hour USD plus earned commissions.

This position may be eligible for pre-approved overtime.

Included in this package for this position for compensation considerations may also include ESPP, accrued vacation, sick time, holidays, and benefits.

Additional Details

Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred).

Travel requirements: 10% - no real travel required at this time, however in the future there could be an opportunity to.
