[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Oligo Security

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. If you're a strong communicator who loves technology and wants to launch or grow their career in B2B SaaS sales, we want to hear from you.

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You'll research target accounts, start conversations, and qualify leads before passing them to our Account Executive team to close.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and website inquiries
• Research target accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and prospect data in our CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve pipeline quality
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about technology and how businesses solve problems
• High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude toward rejection
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A competitive spirit and desire to grow within a sales career
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (not required, but a plus)

• Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo - identify and research target contacts
• Conversation Intelligence: Gong - call recording and conversation intelligence to accelerate your ramp
• Enrichment: Clay - real-time data enrichment to personalize outreach at scale
• Collaboration: Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace

Full training on all tools is provided, no prior experience with them is required, although preferred.
