[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Tkxel

Role Description

This role involves converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and managing the sales pipeline.

• Researching on assigned MQLs to gather insights including prospect’s business model, company size, needs/challenges, and key decision-makers.
• Generating sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
• Assessing the needs of potential leads to determine if they are a good fit for tkxel's services.
• Managing more complex leads compared to Level 1, including those that may require a more in-depth understanding of the product/service.

• Analyzing new/old pipeline data to identify bottlenecks in order to improve the sales process.
• Tracking and updating lead status in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of each lead in the sales funnel.

• Researching and identifying new leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.
• Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails to potential prospects.
• Regularly following up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.

• Creating reports on lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other key metrics.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in IT services/IT product sales experience.
• From 5 PM to 2 AM.
• Female candidates are allowed to work from home after 10 PM.
