Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by:

• Prospecting and qualifying leads
• Setting appointments for the sales team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
• Educating potential customers on the benefits of remote patient monitoring
• Teaming up with our sales squad to develop and execute winning sales strategies
• Tracking your sales activities and keeping meticulous records using our CRM system
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient in CRM software
• Experience in B2B cold calling
• Familiarity with RPM and CCM practices
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Requirements

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Hardwired internet connection required
• Speed test submission required during the offer process
