Role Description

For our growing software business, we are looking for full-time or part-time (min. 20 hours/week) appointment setters to join our team as soon as possible. We are not a call center, but relationship managers.

• Promote products by phone
• Provide information about events and roadshows
• Remind customers about promotions
• Work closely with exciting people
• Engage in interesting conversations

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, ideally with products that require explanation
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with B2B customers
• Communication skills & sales talent, empathy & closing skills
• A positive attitude, motivation, and determination
• Native-level German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills

Requirements

• Research and find out about the companies you want to contact in various ways
• Call potential customers throughout Germany to generate appointments for colleagues in the field
• Come up with new ideas for the perfect way to contact prospects
• Accompany prospects on their journey to becoming customers using the CRM tool
