[Hiring] Sales Development Lead @Strada

Role Description

The Sales Development Lead is responsible for building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function in support of enterprise pipeline growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating structure, rigor, and accountability across a distributed SDR/BDR team operating in North America and Europe/UK.

• Establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting
• Standardizing qualification and performance metrics
• Coaching and developing team members
• Strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene
• Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals
• Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns
• Improving lead quality and follow-up
• Managing SDR playbooks
• Optimizing the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience, including significant time in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting roles
• Exposure to enterprise sales environments
• Prior experience as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor
• Strong operating discipline and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence
