Role Description

Help business owners decide how to strengthen their client-acquisition process. For its Miami, Florida opening, Scale Sales Teams is seeking a full-time Sales Development Advisor who can turn a useful discovery conversation into a clear buying decision. This is a fully remote position serving interested prospects through Zoom and phone conversations.

• Scale Sales Teams works with agencies, consultants, and online businesses on client acquisition.
• Its approach combines trained salespeople, structured sales processes, and AI-supported marketing systems.
• You will use established sales frameworks and AI-supported lead generation while contributing the listening, judgment, and follow-through that each prospect needs.

Your working day:

• Meet prospects through qualified appointments and a warm inbound pipeline; cold calling and sourcing your own leads are not required.
• Explore business needs, explain suitable services, and help people evaluate their next step.
• Respond to concerns professionally and guide discussions through the buying decision.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor your results against team goals and apply feedback to improve your work.

Qualifications

• Remote sales, appointment-setting, or closing experience is welcome.
• Clear communication, attentive listening, and dependable follow-through matter.
• Comfortable managing your work independently.
• Ability to talk with people about their businesses.
• Steadily improving your sales skills.
