Role Description

Pollmeier is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help grow our Spruce LVL business across the Eastern US. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about building customer relationships, learning about the wood products industry, and developing long-term growth in a supportive environment.

Join Pollmeier as a Sales Consultant – East US LVL (Remote, U.S.)

To strengthen our Sales Team in the US, we are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant - East USA LVL (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible working from the East coast of the US.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts in the US-East region
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships through outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
  • Qualify leads, support onboarding, and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer volume
  • Provide excellent service, including responding to quotes, product inquiries, and account support
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members and internal departments to support customer success
  • Participate in trade shows, regional events, and training sessions to grow your expertise
  • Travel 25-50% as needed to industry events and customer visits

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of consultative sales experience (experience in wood products or building materials is a plus)
  • Strong interest in sales, relationship building, and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client conversations
  • Comfortable working independently remotely with high responsiveness
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
