Many customers use our Buy Online feature, creating opportunities for virtual engagement. This position is based in a model home within one of our new communities or in a Studio Office. As a Sales Consultant, you will help keep our More Home, Less Money® mission moving forward.

With the combined base salary and our closing bonus program, the total earnings for this role have the potential to exceed six figures annually! This is a remote office position based in Michigan. While a remote office role, it requires occasional travel to our communities in the market across the state(s).

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, results-driven professional with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, convert opportunities, and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Skilled in consultative selling, objection management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience built on trust and credibility.
• Thrives in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment with strong adaptability, resilience, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, leveraging disciplined pipeline management to guide customers from initial inquiry through closing.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with realtors, influencers, and prospective homebuyers.
• Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to personal accountability and team success.

Requirements

• A Builder Salesperson license is required in Michigan.
• A valid real estate license is required in the state of Kentucky.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
