Role Description

The Gainey Agency is looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the insurance industry. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide guidance and training to help you learn the business and work toward becoming licensed.

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs
• Help clients explore insurance solutions that fit their goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Develop your own client base and sales skills

Qualifications

• Motivated and willing to learn
• Comfortable talking with people
• Self-driven and dependable
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Interested in sales and building relationships
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Able to meet the insurance licensing requirements applicable in their state
• Licensing is required before conducting licensed insurance activities
