Role Description

Volvo Group UK is looking for a Sales Centre Parts Advisor to join our Retail Sales Centre team and play a key role in driving aftersales sales growth across the Volvo Truck & Bus North & Scotland network. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, customer-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying sales opportunities and delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Proactively upsell and cross-sell genuine Volvo parts and all-makes products.
• Promote current parts and labour campaigns across truck, bus and coach products.
• Manage inbound customer communications and parts enquiries across the dealership network.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and maximise customer spend.
• Drive the conversion of parts enquiries into fitted parts and labour sales.
• Maintain accurate lost-sale reporting and sales pipeline management.
• Work closely with regional parts teams to understand delivery availability, workshop capacity, hours available to sell and customer issues.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, dealerships and internal stakeholders.
• Support proactive promotional activity designed to increase parts and labour sales.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, accurately and commercially.
• Work in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards covering health, safety, quality and environmental care.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.

• Knowledge of truck, bus, coach and trailer parts would be advantageous.
