Role Description

Howmuch Pvt Limited is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Call Officer to execute a sales campaign for the USA. The ideal candidate should have experience with SaaS-based POS/ERP sales, strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with US customers, and the ability to do lead generation, prospecting, and negotiate sales through outbound calls.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
• Introduce and promote POS software and related solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working on US/Canada/Europe/Australia sales campaigns, ideally, POS/ERP SaaS subscriptions is preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a night shift according to US business hours.
