[Hiring] Sales Associate @Dialogica

Role Description

We're hiring multiple commission-based Sales Executive's to bring Dia to professional services and organizations in regulated industries. You'll own deals from first conversation to close, selling to firm leaders, executives, operations heads and IT decision-makers.

This is an early sales role at a fast-moving AI startup. Your earnings grow directly with the business you bring in, and you'll help shape how Dialogica goes to market as we expand.

What you'll do

• Prospect and build a pipeline across professional services and regulated industries through outreach, referrals, events and your own network
• Run discovery calls to understand each organization's workflows, software and administrative pain points
• Lead product demos of Dia, showing how it automates timekeeping, inbox management and calendaring without changing existing systems
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualifying, demoing, proposals, negotiation and close
• Build relationships with partners, executives, operations leaders and IT stakeholders
• Help identify and test new industries and buyer profiles as we expand
• Keep pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM
• Share customer feedback with the product team to shape Dia's roadmap

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating quota
• Comfort running a full sales cycle on your own, from cold outreach to signed contract
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to sell to senior professionals
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a performance-based pay structure

Requirements

• Experience selling SaaS or AI products (Nice to have)
• Experience selling to professional services firms (legal, accounting, consulting, financial services) or regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance (Nice to have)
• An existing network of decision-makers in one or more of these industries (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with practice management, billing, CRM or productivity software (Nice to have)
