Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to build relationships with prospective clients and help organizations understand how GrantWriters’ services can support their funding goals. This is a remote, full-time position focused on consultative sales and client relationship development.

• Identify and connect with prospective nonprofit, government, and public-service clients.
• Explain GrantWriters’ services and how they can support organizational funding needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage sales activity and follow-ups using CRM and other business tools.
• Track prospects, opportunities, and sales activity accurately.
• Participate in or facilitate outreach, content marketing, and social media activities to support business development.
• Work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales and activity goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or selling professional services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable selling intangible products or services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and other sales technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with nonprofits, government organizations, or public-service organizations.
• Knowledge of grant funding or grant writing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with content marketing or social media for business development.
• Demonstrated sales success, awards, or other measurable sales achievements.

Benefits

• $35,000 - $67,000 (plus) per year, depending on experience and sales qualifications.
