Role Description

We are looking for energetic, people-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and helping others take action.

• Connect with prospective student leaders interested in bringing MEDLIFE to their campus.
• Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Track outreach and conversations within our CRM.
• Collaborate with the broader Growth and Expansion team to achieve enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism, fundraising, outreach, or other relationship-focused roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Passionate about making a positive impact through education, healthcare, and community development.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Experience with phone, email, LinkedIn, or social media outreach.

Requirements

• Student leadership, volunteer, nonprofit, or community-building experience. (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with international students or universities. (Nice to Have)
