Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Sales Analytics to lead and manage analytics supporting the Sales organization. This role will also partner with the broader sales analytics team on sales analytics efforts including:

Compensation analytics/strategy

Sales planning

Territory management
-
Dashboarding
-
Agency analytics
-
Business performance analytics
-
Comparative rater/digital analytics
This role partners with sales leadership, technical product managers, and product management to establish a strategy and enhanced analytics offerings around compensation analytics and for sales.
Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelorβs degree in business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience working in a P&C analytics role; experience working with sales/underwriting preferred.

Minimum: 6 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with P&C analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.

Advanced skills with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.

Proven ability in leveraging data insights to improve business results.

Proven ability to develop relationships and drive results across various functions.

Advanced knowledge of Sales, processes, and practices.

Intellectual and analytical curiosity.

Must have the ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes, simultaneously manage multiple projects and a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Advanced oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies.

Strong data management skills required; SQL experience required.

Experience with data visualization packages β PowerBI, Tableau; very comfortable telling the story via data/analytics in a relevant way to the business.

Comfortable managing a high-volume workload of varied projects with competing or shifting priorities.

Proactively communicates project status and delivers concise, insight-driven reporting to stakeholders across analytics tools, verbal, and written channels.
