• Help clients secure their financial futures by offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Educate clients about life insurance, mortgage protection, equity protection, term life, and whole life.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other advisers and team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage your own schedule with the freedom to work from home or any location that suits you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve financial independence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new technology platforms.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism in client interactions.
• Ability to work in incredibly fast-paced environments.
• A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Openness to obtaining an insurance license (if not currently held).

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
