• No Experience Required: We've built training specifically for people without a sales or insurance background, covering:
  • Product fundamentals
  • How to structure a natural client conversation
  • How to handle common questions and objections
• Mentorship: A mentor supports you through your first live calls, and that support continues as you build your production over time.
• Uncapped Earnings: There's no ceiling built into the pay structure. You're paid on commission for what you close, with:
  • No maximum threshold where additional production stops mattering
  • Every conversation is with a family who already asked for help finding life insurance coverage — no cold outreach
• Typical Results:
  • $800 to $1,200 per sale on average
  • $50,000+ part-time in year one
  • $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one
• Pay Structure: Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives layered on top for agents who hit production milestones.

Qualifications

• U.S. residency
• Ability to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
