Role Description

The Sales Administrator supports an Australia-based company by managing the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, customer records, and sales documentation. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, the role helps facilitate seamless day-to-day operations, maintain data accuracy, and ensure efficient service delivery throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on pending payments as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Manage and maintain sales documentation.
• Complete handovers to relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration.
• Experience in the construction or service-based industry (Electrical/Mechanical).
• Experience using Netsuite is ideal.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to listen.
• Proven attention to detail.
