Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales Administration Consultant to lead data-driven initiatives and support key business decisions. This role leads analytical initiatives, develops advanced sales insights, and partners with senior leadership to shape sales strategy, forecasting, and performance optimization.

Lead the development of analytical frameworks that guide sales strategy, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior sales and commercial leaders.

Build predictive models and dashboards that support forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue performance.

Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging trends across markets, products, and customer segments.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business systems teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Champion best practices in data visualization, reporting automation, and analytics quality.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science (Nice to Have)

5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence (Nice to Have)

Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development (Nice to Have)

Must have experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple members (Nice to Have)

Extensive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, or related fields (Nice to Have)

Strong proficiency in analytics tools, BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (Nice to Have)

Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven storytelling (Nice to Have)

Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics (Nice to Have)

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences (Nice to Have)
