Role Description

Lead Customer Strategy. Influence Broker Execution. Drive Growth Across the East Coast.

Are you an experienced CPG sales leader who knows how to translate customer strategy into marketplace results—both directly and through broker partners? As Sales Account Manager – Broker Ferolie/New York, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of direct and independent retailers and wholesalers across the East Coast, serving as a key strategic leader for the business and our broker network.

This is a highly autonomous, commercially focused role with accountability for delivering sales, market share, trade investment, and profitability objectives across the portfolio. You’ll develop customer strategies, lead headquarters-level negotiations and business planning, identify opportunities for growth, and provide the strategic direction broker partners need to execute with excellence in market.

Success in this role requires more than managing accounts—you’ll need to lead through influence. You’ll bring together broker partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams around clear priorities, challenge the status quo when opportunities emerge, and independently drive decisions that strengthen customer relationships and accelerate business performance.

This role is designed as a developmental assignment, and candidates should be open to relocation for future career opportunities after approximately two to three years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Requirements

• Full-time field-based position
• New York or New Jersey preferred, must be located within reasonable travel distance of key customer headquarters
• Remote position with approximately 35% travel throughout the East Coast United States, including regular travel to Montvale, New Jersey; Keene, New Hampshire; and Jacksonville, Florida
• This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
