[Hiring] Sales Account Manager @FOCUS Bikes

Role Description

In your role as Sales Account Manager for Northern Spain, you will shape this development together with us. You will build long-term, trusting partnerships in our dealer network to strengthen both FOCUS and our partners for the future.

• Intensive support of our existing dealer network
• Expansion based on network analysis
• Responsible for achieving defined KPIs and budgets
• Stay in close contact with the Country Manager
• Presence at B2B and B2C events to bring our brand to life for partners and end customers

Your sales area includes Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón y Castilla León. Residence in this region or in an immediately adjacent area is a prerequisite for the role.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or other comparable training, e.g. bicycle mechatronics technician
• Professional experience in sales, ideally in the cycling industry
• Deep knowledge of the local market, network and cycling culture
• Confident attitude, assertiveness, negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a getting it done mentality
• Process and improvement oriented while pursuing long term solutions
• Well-developed negotiation skills and good command of English (min B2 level)
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to the entire FOCUS team
• Passion for cycling
• High willingness to travel

Requirements

• Salary between € 40.000 and € 50.000 gross per year and an additional variable
• Company car for business and private use; the proportion of private use is subject to statutory taxation as a benefit in kind
