Role Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll operate at the heart of a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, managing both existing client relationships and driving new business growth across Europe.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing end-user customer accounts, focusing on revenue expansion and long-term partnerships.
• Proactively follow up on inbound leads, converting interest into active, revenue-generating customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outbound activity to win net new clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to design and propose tailored hardware solutions - from individual components to fully configured systems.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company targets and margin expectations.
