Role Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the campaign lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing campaigns from proposal to campaign completion, coordinating communication between various sales departments, report generation, and assisting with lead management and customer inquiries to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administration:

Support the sales team in processing contracts, revisions and other sales documentation accurately.

Ensure all sales-related paperwork is complete, organized, and filed appropriately.

Demands a focused approach to ensuring all work-related information is precise for the timely and correct completion of tasks.

Communication & Coordination:
-
Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Charting, Production) and external clients regarding sales-related inquiries and timely resolution of issues.

Data Management:

Accurately input and manage sales data to ensure data integrity.

Assist with campaign analysis during and after campaign completion.
Qualifications
-
College or University diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 3 years proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. OOH experience is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset. Salesforce preferred.

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.

Total earning range:
$51,500 - $67,700.

The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity.

The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represents 4% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives.

The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements.
