Role Description
Ideally, the candidate should have 3-7 years of applicable industry experience in a Cyber sales role. This candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business outcomes, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions in a simplified manner. Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new security campaigns around growing Rubrik business.

Requirements

Responsible for enabling, activating, and supporting the WWT field sellers to drive accelerated market adoption for Rubrik.

Business background that enables engagement at various levels of an organization.

Sales background that enables management of joint GTM efforts and interaction with enterprise customers.

Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new security campaigns around growing Rubrik business.

Deliver Rubrik-centric messaging across the global field organization to drive opportunities.

Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both WWT and Rubrik to define and execute joint technology, marketing, and sales initiatives.

Engage field sales organizations and establish interlocks with WWT sales teams to create and drive revenue opportunities.

Execute on activity targets and work with WWT sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.

Create and execute the team's business plan with key internal stakeholders (e.g., service teams, etc.).

Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using WWT.

Ensure that WWT is Rubrikβs preferred partner in each topic area.

Develop and manage internal enablement calendar for educating account teams.

Coordinate resources to present on relevant topics and enable sales teams to hunt for opportunities.

Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
