[Hiring] RPO Account Leader @MCI Careers

Role Description

This role involves supporting our business development team and helping drive strategic growth as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Account Leader.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads from a targeted prospect list.
• Partner with Sales Reps to identify and pursue strategic targets.
• Assist in drafting presentations and sales materials that clearly communicate our RPO solutions.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
• Help generate proposals and coordinate documentation for client presentations.
• Manage schedules, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication across the sales team.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure timely execution of sales programs and promotions.
• Track merchandising trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the sales process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or staffing agency roles
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows OS
• Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
• Customer service-oriented with a team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Preferred (Not Required): 1+ year of experience in customer service, staffing, inside sales, or contact center support
• Experience working in state or federal programs
