[Hiring] Rollover Specialist @Mutual of America Financial Group

Role Description

The Rollover Specialist will represent Mutual of America Financial Group in a sales and customer service capacity supporting all participants. The Rollover Specialist will report into the Vice President of Rollover Services and Asset Retention.

• Retain assets of terminated participants by contacting and informing them of features and benefits of Mutual of America Rollover IRA.
• Provide inbound support for IRA and group plan (ex 403b/401k) Rollover and annuity exchange requests.
• Contact target customers to cross-sell financial products.
• Follow up with external financial service provider to ensure that rollover/exchange requirements are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in marketing and asset retention programs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience.
• Industry experience.
• General business acumen with strong motivation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, processing paperwork while on the phone.
• Active FINRA Series 6 and 63 or must obtain within the first 180 days of employment.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within 180 days of employment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of products underwritten by the company (401k / 403b retirement plans and Traditional / Roth IRA’s).
