Role Description

The Revenue Cloud Specialists team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join our PACE (Products, Auto, Consumer and Energy) organization. We're looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help our Manufacturing clients — along with Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods clients — achieve their revenue goals through the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

As a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, working closely with our sales team to understand client business needs and demonstrate the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the sales team to understand client business requirements within Manufacturing (primary focus) and secondary support across Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods.
• Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and delivering compelling product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Revenue Cloud.
• Creating and presenting solutions highlighting the benefits of automating revenue operations.
• Answering technical questions and addressing client concerns throughout the sales process.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest Revenue Cloud features and best practices.
• Participating in industry and product events and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
• Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with legacy CPQ or billing migration scenarios.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Revenue Cloud credentials).
