Role Description

As we lead the charge into the AI age, we need a Renewal Specialist who is more than an administrator—we need a high-stakes negotiator and a cross-functional orchestrator.

We are looking for a commercial closer with a background in Account Management. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio. This requires a unique blend of "soft skills" to navigate partner relationships and a commanding presence to drive internal alignment. You’ll be the person who ensures our recurring revenue is bulletproof while navigating a high-velocity environment where change is the only constant.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a massive plus.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a "nice to have."

Requirements

• Manage the full renewal cycle, engaging customers 90–120 days out to navigate terms, handle objections, and lock in commitments.
• Drive cross-functional consensus between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities.
• Maintain "source of truth" data in Salesforce and flag churn risks early.
• Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise customers and partners, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.
