Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renewal Representative to join our team in a highly transactional environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful renewal of Parallels Desktop contracts and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the contract renewal process, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. This position requires a proactive and organized approach to managing a high volume of renewals, creating multiple quotes per day, and proficiency working in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end renewal processes for a portfolio of Parallels Desktop customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer/partner needs, product SKUs, prices, and contract terms to facilitate smooth renewals.
• Proactively engage with distributors, customers, and partners to secure upcoming renewals, source contract details, and identify potential upgrades.
• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner and negotiate terms to secure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewal details, and status in CRM.
• Work hand in hand with partners, regional partner managers, order management, and revenue operations to align on processes and aim to meet/exceed targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales/Customer Success teams to hand off potential expansion opportunities.
• Ability to support renewals for customers located in different regions and time zones.
• Continuously evaluate and look for ways to improve the renewal process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal rates for a designated portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a renewals management role, preferably in a highly transactional environment.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation skills, custom quoting, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of renewals concurrently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
