Role Description

Aira's mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions, creating intelligent, sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity where you will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for your own tax and insurance.

• Sell air source heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage.
• Products are backed by government incentives and strong consumer demand.
• Average deal value is significant, and the commission is uncapped.
• Access to pre-qualified customer opportunities, alongside developing your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.
• Proven experience in field or door-to-door sales.
• Strong objection handling skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (or similar systems) to manage your pipeline.
• Self-starter mentality: treat this like your own business.
• Experience in renewables or energy is a bonus, not a requirement.

Requirements

• Attend pre-arranged customer appointments where available.
• Pursue your own sales opportunities on heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green technologies.
• Generate sales through your own pipeline, referrals, and outreach.
• Optionally use CRM tools to manage and track your pipeline.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience to support ongoing referrals.
