Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our expanding virtual team as Remote Client Growth Advisors. In this role, you'll work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, identify their needs, and make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Build trust through active listening and personalized service
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication
• Develop long-term client relationships rather than focusing solely on one-time transactions

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
