Role Description
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for growing territory revenue by building meaningful client relationships and delivering MTI America’s ancillary service solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting injured workers by connecting clients with high-quality transportation, language, and medical services.
Key Responsibilities

Build and grow assigned territory sales by establishing and fostering strong relationships

Identify and capitalize on all new prospects, revenue opportunities, and leads

Support existing transportation, language, and medical service accounts, while increasing penetration in assigned areas

Analyze referral and revenue patterns for the region monthly and compare to prior year/month

Provide reports to the VP of sales outlining prospect pipeline progress, sales, and revenue

Develop strong sales strategies to achieve long and short-term sales goals

Maintain awareness of the Workers' Compensation industry and competitors service offerings

Attend and actively participate in industry trade shows and sales events

Support the development and roll-out of new services

Meet with clients and prospects to present MTI's product lines and services while maintaining an updated pipeline

Represent MTI America professionally in all interactions supporting our reputation of service
Qualifications

5–7 years of sales experience in ancillary services within the Workers’ Compensation industry

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes, services, and market dynamics

Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts within a territory

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to travel locally up to 50–75%
