Role Description

Acquire deals. You're the direct point of contact for every motivated seller who comes through our funnel — you call them, build trust, make the offer, and take it full cycle to contract. We generate the leads with Meta ads. You turn them into deals.

You'll learn how real estate deals actually get done — A to Z — from a team that's facilitated over 1,000 transactions in the last 24 months.

What You're Doing

• Taking inbound motivated seller leads and converting them into signed contracts.
• First call: Build rapport, diagnose the real situation — timeline, motivation, condition, liens, occupancy.
• Price the deal, present the offer, negotiate, and get it signed.
• Stay with the seller through close to ensure the deal doesn't fall out.

• Deal types you'll run:
  • Cash offers — either purchase the property outright or place it with a seasoned investor from our buyer network.
  • Our service fee program — for sellers who'd leave money on the table taking a cash number.

What You'll Own (First 30 Days)

• Week 1:
  • Fluent on the offer, the buy box, and our underwriting logic.
  • Shadowing live calls and studying recorded closes.
  • 5 offers made by end of week.
• Weeks 2–3:
  • Building to full lead flow — 3–5 new leads per day, 1–2 offers per day.
  • First contract signed.
  • Follow-up pipeline built and organized.
• Day 30 — full capacity:
  • 5+ new leads every day.
  • Multiple offers every single day.
  • 2 contracts per week — roughly $40,000/week in deal revenue generated.
  • Pipeline hygiene tight: every seller accounted for, no leaks.

• You're new to sales or have never closed high-ticket.
• You don't know your numbers.
• You can't tell us your last 3 months of close rate, contact rate, and gross commission earned.
• You're looking for a salary job dressed up as commission.
• You need someone to chase you to hit your activity.
• You're uncomfortable having honest conversations with people in difficult situations.
