Qualifications

2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions

Stable tenure in recent roles

Virtual closing experience strongly preferred

Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator

Experience in real estate is required

Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus

Remote-first role; flexibility to work from the Fort Lauderdale area is a plus

Not currently running your own acquisitions business

Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses

Do not apply if: your experience is limited to brokerage, realtor work, or general sales; you have no wholesaling deal ownership; you’re looking for guaranteed salary beyond the 3-month ramp; or you cannot commit full-time to one role.
Benefits

Ramp Period: $3,000–$5,000/month for the first 3 months (based on experience and interview)

Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee after ramp — 100% commission, no cap on earnings

Growth: Tiered commission structure for consistent top performers

First year approximate compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ between ramp salary and commissions

Top performers earn significantly more with a clear path to higher commission tiers, team leadership, and profit participation

Schedule: Monday–Friday. Choose one shift: 9 AM–6 PM EST or 10 AM–7 PM EST. Must be responsive for time-sensitive leads evenings and weekends
