[Hiring] Real Estate Acquisition Closer @Paired

Role Description

We're looking for a high-performing Real Estate Acquisition Closer to join our remote team. You'll be the engine that turns motivated seller leads into signed contracts. If you're a natural closer who thrives on commission-driven environments and loves the art of negotiation, this role is built for you.

• Conduct phone consultations with distressed property sellers (foreclosures, bankruptcies, fire-damaged homes, inherited properties)
• Make competitive offers and send contracts via DocuSign
• Follow up with leads and manage the full pipeline through to closing
• Coordinate property showings and manage high-value leads in the CRM
• Maintain accurate records of all seller communications and deal stages

Qualifications

• Proven track record in closing/sales — real estate wholesaling experience is a strong plus
• Strong phone sales and negotiation skills — you're comfortable having tough conversations
• Experience with CRM systems (tracking leads, notes, follow-ups)
• Self-motivated, assertive communicator — you don't wait to be pushed
• Based in LatAm or South Africa (for timezone alignment)
• Professional English communication (written and spoken)

Benefits

• 100% remote work
• Base salary $1,000–$1,200/mo
• Commission 5% per deal
• High-earning potential ($4–5K OTE)
