Role Description
We're looking for a sales representative to sell to SMB and Enterprise sized companies via the telephone and internet in a defined geographic territory, teamed up with an in-territory Regional Sales Manager. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative (Public Sector) is growing our customer base and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale. Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers

Identify sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers, carriers, and partners

Adopt our sales methodology and adhere to our sales process

Make recommendations to prospective customers that align their business needs to our technology solutions and services

Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close

Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services

Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings

Establish and maintain a clean and healthy pipeline

Provide accurate and dependable forecasts on a quarterly basis
Qualifications

Three to five (3-5) years of sales experience, preferably in a tech field

Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas

Experience in presenting a sales demonstration to clients

Consultative, solution-based sales methodology

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
Requirements

Experience with networks and/or cellular carriers

Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
